The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 325 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 447, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. Further he submits that the specific allegation against co-accused Brajesh Kumar Singh.

Case No. 325 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
