ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No.26 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C. on his remand since 5.8.2017. It is submitted that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., but subsequently, his name has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one Mantu Prasad. There has been no recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I. Parade.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48594 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway), Sonepur (Saran), in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No.26 of 2017.
