This is an application for bail in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the FIR.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are ladies and there is no specific allegation against them and specific allegation is against two other accused persons, who are not the petitioners here and they are in custody for more than two months.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the trial court that once charge sheet has been submitted in this case he will verify the submission made above and it the same are found true, he will release the petitioners on bail to its own satisfaction, if an application for bail is filed on behalf of petitioners.
