1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by order dated 01.04.2024, the petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail, but then in the cause title, the village and P.S. of petitioner no. 2 was wrongly typed asVillage-Maksudpur, P.S.- Bheldi when it ought to have been Village-Maujampur, Phulwariya, P.S.- Awatarnagar.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the description of petitioner no. 2 in the order dated 01.04.2024 is read as Algu Rai @ Algu Son of Dharma Rai, Resident of Village-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22569 of 2024(3) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 Maujampur, Phulwariya, P.S.- Awatarnagar,. District- Saran.
