Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tetarhat P. S. Case No. 95 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 308, 504 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the opinion of this Court, no offence is made out under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and dispute is of trivial nature and there is delay of three days in lodging the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26456 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Tetarhat P. S. Case No. 95 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shakir/- U T
