Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna) P.S. Case No.634 of 2021 instituted under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant in the FIR has alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner herein abducted his son and he apprehended that he may be killed. Subsequently the police investigated the matter and after his arrest the petitioner herein made confessional statement and as submitted by learned counsel for the informant it was on his confession statement that the dead body of the son of the informant was recovered.

No.16427 of 2022(2) dt.14-07-2022 2/2 Taking into account the fact that the abduction as also the killing of the son of the informant has been attributed to the accused persons and it is on the basis of the confessional statement made by the petitioner that the dead body was recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to him which is hereby rejected.
