He submits that now the issue stands settled by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of The Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Limited vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., reported in 2014 (1) PLJR 695.
That being so, the writ application is dismissed as not maintainable.
