2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 308(3), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. It is alleged that on 18.11.2024, all the accused persons including this petitioner assaulted informant and his son, committed theft of silver chain from informant's son and also demanded Rs. one lac, as extortion money. This petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of informant's son by means of iron rod.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to old enmity and land dispute, petitioner and others have been falsely implicated in this case. Injury, allegedly caused by this

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of allegation and injury as also clean antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, as named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 363 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
