The petitioner has been in custody since31.03.2018 in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No. 148/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384/386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 14/16/18/19/20/40 of the unlawful Prevention Activities Act, 1967.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the First Information Report, a pamphlet was pasted on the company by some unknown miscreants. The only allegation against the petitioner is that one such pamphlet was found in the house in which the petitioner also resides. The said house is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36645 of 2018 (2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 joint occupation of the petitioner as well as other agnates. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No. 148/2018.
