Petitioner is accused in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 437 of 2019 registered under Sections 506, 504, 387, 120(b) of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-
