The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chand P.S. Case No.67/2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that while he and his son were working at their residence, the petitioners came and began to abuse. The accused persons indiscriminately assaulted the informant and his son.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a counter version being Chand P.S. Case No.66 of 2018, in which

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34720 of 2018 (2) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 the informant Prem Kumar Singh alleged that Rakesh Singh, the informant of the present case, his son and others came and fired. They also assaulted the informant and others. It is further submitted that both sides entered into scuffle on account of some petty dispute. Both sides sustained injuries, which are simple in nature and now the case has been compromised. Considering the aforesaid fact that there is a case and counter case and on account of scuffle both sides sustained injuries, which are simple in nature, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.67/2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
