Agarwal, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Alok Ranjan for the State. The petitioner has challenged the order cancelling his license, which order has been affirmed by the appellate as well as the revisional authorities.

Under the facts and circumstances of this case, we find that it would be appropriate if the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.4660 of 2022 dt.22-09-2022 2/2 given an opportunity of agitating his cause before the Secretary of the department.

In case the petitioner approaches the Secretary of the department within a period of thirty days, he shall be heard and a reasoned order shall be passed by him within a period of sixty days thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
