Petitioner seeks bail in Amarpur P.S. Case No.573 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one country made pistol and 11 live cartridges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2018 having clean antecedents. Keeping in view clean antecedents of the petitioner as well as period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with
