Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are parents of the husband of the victim of dowry death. Husband is already in custody. Allegation is general and omnibus. The petitioners have moved this Court for anticipatory bail which was disposed of with direction that prayer for regular bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by the rejection of prayer for anticipatory bail vide Annexure-1. Petitioners are in custody since 01.05.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34874 of 2018 (2) dt.19-06-2018 bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dehri (Dalmiya Nagar) Police Station Case No.998 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
