The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of complainant in a case under Section 498A and other Sections of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the matrimonial house of the complainant is Shillong where her husband ordinarily resides and practices as an Advocate. As she had deserted him, he instituted a divorce proceeding at Shillong on 20.07.2012. It is in retaliation thereto that this complaint has been filed on 01.10.2012. The couple was married in the year 2007. In the facts and circumstances aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
