This is an application for quashing of the order dated 6.4.2015 passed by A.C.J.M. Bagha West Champaran in Bagha P.S. Case No. 458 of 2014 by which cognizance has been taken for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the case, the matter has become infructuous and as such, he wants permission to withdraw the petition. As prayed for, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
