Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, 15 unknown persons kidnapped to the son of the informant for ransom. On the very next day, the victim returned. Petitioner has stated on oath that the victim did not name the petitioner in his statement before the police. Only material is confessional statement of co-accused-Ramji Singh Kharwar. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused-Sugreev Kharwar has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Annexure-2.
