Petitioners seek bail in connection with Kundwachainpur P. S. Case No.07 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Taking into consideration that 71.1 litres of Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioners are in custody since 08.01.2020, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with

No.14291 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kundwachainpur P. S. Case No.07 of 2020. However, it is made clear that if the petitioners fail to make available sureties due to lock-down as well as due to prevailing situation, the concerned court shall release the petitioners provisionally on personal bond with condition that petitioners shall furnish the sureties when lock-down is over.
