The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. There is a case and counter case from the both sides and the dispute has generated in the school with respect to two criminal cases one from the side of petitioner and another from the side of complainant. Both sides have leveled allegation and counter allegation with respect to putting of signature on the attendance register and other forms. The present petitioner is husband of headmistress.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36491 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2 /2 the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Shambhu Nath Sharma, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Saran in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No.110 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
