The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 19.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31612 of 2019 to the extent that the condition with regard to the bailors be modified and instead of close relatives, any two relatives of the petitioner be permitted to become bailors on behalf of the petitioner.
The order dated 19.06.2019 is modified to the extent that instead of close relatives of the petitioner, bailors could be relatives of the petitioner.
