Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 337, 341, 498A, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. The petitioner is married sister of the husband of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused since his brother is residing in his in-laws place as Gharjamai which was objected by the family members. It is further submitted that husband of the informant has not been made accused. Considering the fact that petitioner is married

No.24021 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 sister of the husband of the informant, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 362 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
