The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos. 1, 4 and 5 have antecedent of one case and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 24.10.2022 at about 2:00 pm, seven

No.16385 of 2023(2) dt.25-05-2023 2/3 named accused persons, including the petitioners, came variously armed and assaulted the informant causing injury on his head, it is next alleged that Hareram sustained injury on his head, Jairam sustained injury on his left hand and petitioner no.1 snatched gold chain from the informant's neck. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that there is a land dispute between the parties and the injuries suffered by the injured is simple in nature as would be evident from an Annexure-3 to the anticipatory bail application.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 528 of 2022 subject to the conditions
