1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that these
Patna High Court CWJC No.4182 of 2025(3) dt.28-07-2025 3/3 cases are covered by the judgment, dated 13.11.2024, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024 (Surya Deo Paswan v. The State of Bihar and others). Accordingly, he makes a prayer to dispose these writ applications in terms of the order, dated 13.11.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024.
3. Learned Counsel appearing for the University as well as State jointly submit that these writ applications are covered by the aforesaid judgment and can be disposed in identical terms.
4. Having considered the submissions made on behalf of learned Counsel for the parties, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose these writ applications exactly in terms of the order, dated 13.11.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024.
