JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of demanding `10,000/- fro the informant and on refusal of the same, on pistol point, `6,000/- was snatched from the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that prior to the lodging of the present case, the petitioner lodged Simri P.S. Case No. 129 of 2014 against the informant as the petitioner is the Secretary of an NGO namely 'Crime Free India Bureau'. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13533 of 2015 (3) dt.15-05-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Darbhanga. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
