Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 302 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The FIR of the occurrence of robbery and murder is against unknown.
Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Abdul Rasid who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52230 of 2013 (Annexure-2). Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 19.03.2018. Investigation

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gaya Kotwali Police Station Case No. 348 of 2013, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
