The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 316 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved by way of mediation vide Mediation Proceeding No. 210 of 2019 which is evident from the mediation report at flag-M. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
