====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 427, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, when the informant was on the way to his house, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners started abusing him. It is further alleged that they assaulted the informant by means of iron rod, damaged his mobile phone and took his motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16645 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 allegations levelled against the petitioners are general and omnibus. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners. Case and counter case.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application and submits that injury caused to the informant by these petitioners is grievous in nature.

Considering the grievous nature of injury, anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
