JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4,6 and 8 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act. It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons including Rohit Raj took the informant to a husk room where Rohit ravished the victim. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against co accused Rohit Raj. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 68
