The petitioner prays for grant of bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with 14 named and 300 unknown came at police station and forcibly took the dead bodies from possession of police, blocked the road , assaulted police personnel and damaged the vehicle. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that general and omnibus allegation has been levelled and no specific overt-act has been alleged against him and other co-accused have been granted bail by this court. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Dhankund P.S. Case no. 41/2019.
