Dr.Mrityunjaya Kr.Gautam ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-08-2017 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37/41/47/53 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 125 litres of country-made liquor were recovered from two vehicles. Petitioners claim to be the drivers of the said vehicles. Petitioners further claim that they are having clean antecedents and are in custody since 30.4.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36869 of 2017(4) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 1st, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 80 of 2017.

If the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
