The present modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 03.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14105 of 2021 submitting that in the order-sheet P.S. case number has wrongly been typed as Marhowrah P.S. Case No.437 of 2019 in place of Marhowrah P.S. Case No.457 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submitted that the aforesaid mistake was occurred as it was wrongly typed in the bail petition.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26097 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 application, the order dated 03.03.2022 is modified to the extent that P.S. Case number be read as Marhowrah P.S. Case No.457 of 2019 in place of Marhowrah P.S. Case No.437 of 2019 and, in the interest of justice, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

The order dated 03.03.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
