Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that Rs. 3,000,00/- of the informant was robbed. Co-accused Md. Shahid @ Bauwa named the petitioner as his accomplish in robbing the money. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court
