2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 25(i)(a)(b)(1B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that a Mini Gun Factory was running in the house of this petitioner and petitioner alongwith other coaccused are alleged to have fled away from the place of occurrence after seeing the police team.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20000 of 2024(3) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that huge quantity of arms and ammunition alongwith other articles have been recovered from the house of this petitioner.
