Petitioner No. 1, who is the mother-in-law of the complainant and petitioner No. 2, who is the elder brother of the husband of the complainant Bibi Sahara Khatoon, apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners have been roped in the Complaint Case as accused only because of matrimonial dispute between the complainant and her husband. He submits that the petitioners have been made accused only because they are family members.

No.30907 of 2014 (2) dt.20-01-2015 P2/2 Be that as it may, in view of the nature of allegation and submission as above, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within six weeks from today before the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Complaint Case No. 190/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
