The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
Country made liquor was allegedly recovered from a hut type stall of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that petitioner is a female, having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
