The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barbigha PS case no. 14 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 380, 354(1), 364, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is that the petitioner and other unknown miscreants had entered the house of the informant and tried to kidnap the nephew of the informant as well as had also torn the blouse of the wife of the informant and snatched her golden chain.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case in view of the fact that he has solemnized marriage with the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15327 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 daughter of the informant against the wishes of the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 19.01.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha PS case no. 14 of 2019.
