JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No.04 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 354, 363, 366, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/10 of POCSO Act and Section 66(E) of the IT Act.

Taking into consideration the statement of the victim girl, who is only 16 years of age and has been abducted by the petitioner and other co-accused and later on she was returned, specially the allegation against the petitioner that he has committed rape upon her, I am not inclined to grant benefit of
