2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 707 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of snatching Rs. 22000/- in a dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in jail since 16.12.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 707 of 2023.
