JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being married sister of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the sister of informant. The FIR suggests that the informant received telephonic message from the husband of the victim that he has killed his wife. Moreover, the informant has also claimed that the victim used to complain that her husband used to torture and assault. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was married forty years prior to the date of occurrence and she used to reside at her matrimonial house.
