JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being married sister of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the sister of informant. The FIR suggests that the informant received telephonic message from the husband of the victim that he has killed his wife. Moreover, the informant has also claimed that the victim used to complain that her husband used to torture and assault. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was married forty years prior to the date of occurrence and she used to reside at her matrimonial house. No.25163 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 against the entire in-laws' family of the victim and petitioner being lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.773 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
