2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 379, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the accused persons having hired a eRickshaw of the informant's brother were proceeding towards Athmalgola Station and during that course, when the eRickshaw reached near Gas Godown, they started assaulting the informant's brother by rod as a result of which, he sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the injuries are simple in nature and the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. The parties have compromised their case. The petitioners are in custody since 24-12-2023.

5. Learned APP though per contra opposed the prayer for bail but he fairly admitted that the injuries are simple in nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 306 of 2023 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
