In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case for the offence punishable under sections 304 B and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

At the very out set it has been submitted that in this case the police after completing investigation submitted final form against the petitioner and only husband of the deceased has been charge-sheeted who is in custody but the learned C.J.M. after differing with the view took cognizance resulting the petitioner is apprehending her arrest.

As against the petitioner after completing investigation final form was submitted and as such the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30101 of 2014 (2) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 in case of her arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.
