2. The respondent no.4 - Managing Director, Bihar State Minorities Financial Corporation Ltd., Patna is present in person before the Court and he submits that he had discussion with Mr. Siddhartha Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf

Patna High Court CWJC No.5442 of 2019 dt.16-08-2023 2/2 of the petitioner as to whether the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court passed in the case of Dr. Aquil Ahmad Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. vide order dated 01.10.2022 in C.W.J.C. No. 11974 of 2019.

3. The Managing Director, Bihar State Minorities Financial Corporation Ltd., Patna admits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment passed in Dr. Aquil Ahmad (supra) and grievance of the petitioner will be considered in light of the said judgment within one or two days.

4. Considering the information given by the Managing Director, the writ petition is disposed of.
