The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 47 of 2006 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the case diary, it is clear that the petitioner is the main assailant in this case. Hence, it is not a fit case for grant of bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the petitioner has submitted that the charge has been framed but till date, no any witness has been examined by the court below.
