JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44497 of 2014 for extending the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 34 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran.

The order dated 16.12.2014 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
