ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners are in custody since 09.08.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation of fraud is against one NGO known as Manvadhikar Seva Shakti at Ramkrishna Nagar, Patna, where the petitioner is performing the duty of a sweeper. He further submits that whatever complaints made, are against the office of the NGO and not against the petitioners. So far as the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that the sole recovery made from him is of a mobile phone and his mother's prescription who is ailing.

No.48624 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Patna, in connection with Economic Offence P.S. Case No. 13/2017.
