Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 379, 385 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners submit that there is case and counter case between the parties. They further submit that there is general allegation that all the accused persons have assaulted the informant. They submit that they too have sustained grievous injuries.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19505 of 2016 (2) dt.08-06-2016 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Jigar Sah, J.M. Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 42 of 2016.
