JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2015 Having regard to the admitted position that the father of the petitioner was employed at Delhi and that he died at Delhi in the year 2008, where the petitioner and another family members were also living with him in the quarter allotted to him, allowed to be retained for a period of two years by the respondents, this Court on perusal of the detailed representation, as contained in Annexure 2 to the writ application, is satisfied that no part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. When such an observation has been made learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move the competent court having the jurisdiction to press for claim of compassionate appointment of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8291 of 2015 (2) dt.22-06-2015 This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
