The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.
The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 18.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58011 of 2019 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by order dated 18.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58011 of 2019 all the four petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but petitioner No.4, Arun Sahani, could not surrender in the court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15754 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 due to unavoidable circumstances.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the period of surrender of petitioner No.4, Arun Sahani, before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Pipra Kothi P.S. case No. 113 of 2019 is extended for further four weeks from today.
