Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. An unknown person allegedly snatched purse of the informant from a train. The police showed a photograph at the police station which the informant identified. Accordingly, the petitioner was implicated. Petitioner has got single criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 12.03.2018. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Investigation of the case is complete.
Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37630 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with G.R.P.
