=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V. NATH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-08-2016 Nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The present application has been filed seeking a direction to the learned court below to implement its order dated 10.03.2010 and 07.12.2010 passed in the suit appointing receiver with the consent of the parties. From the averments made in the application, it transpires the petitioner has come out with the case that the receiver appointed by the court has failed to realize the rent from the tenanted shops in the suit premises. It has been alleged that the learned court below has failed to pass any order issuing direction for realizing the rent from the tenanted shops.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12146 of 2014 dt.18-08-2016 After considering the averments made in the petition, this Court does not find it a fit case for invoking jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
